Natural Rubber Overview

Eastern TradeBridge LLP is one of the India's emerging International Trade company. Eastern TradeBridge LLP trades full range of Natural Rubber application products, including Technically Specified Rubber (TSR), Sheet Rubbers and Concentrated Latex.

Technically Specified Rubber

Technically Specified Natural Rubber(TSR) or ISNR as is named in India is a commodity with standard specifications can be divided into six main standard types - ISNR 3CV, ISNR 3L, ISNR 5, ISNR 10, ISNR 20 and ISNR 50. Tire manufacture is their primary application.

TSR are rated based on a number of variables, such as the amount of dirt, ash, volatile matter, color, viscosity, and/or chemical components such steric acid and carbon black.

With regards to the international ISO standard, each major producing nation sets its own TSR standard. For example, Thailand uses the symbol STR (Standard Thai Rubber), Indonesia uses SIR (Standard Indonesia Rubber), and Malaysia uses SMR (Standard Malaysia Rubber).

Sheet Rubber

Ribbed Smoked Sheets (RSS) rubber, a high-quality natural rubber product, undergoes a unique processing method to achieve its distinctive properties. Produced from the latex of the rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis), RSS rubber sheets are carefully processed, washed, and then air-dried in a controlled environment to ensure optimal quality and consistency. In general, they are divided into five types based on color, elasticity, and purity.RSS1 denotes the highest quality and those that are of an inferior quality are classified, in descending order, into RSS2, RSS3, RSS4 and RSS5.

RSS rubber is widely used in various industries, including automotive, construction, and healthcare, for its exceptional performance characteristics.

Latex

Latex, a natural material derived from the sap of the rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis), serves as a versatile and sustainable resource with diverse applications across industries. Known for its elasticity, durability, and biodegradability, latex finds widespread use in various products. Field latex is the source of concentrated latex, which has about 60% dry rubber content. Products are categorized based on process demands and the amount of ammonia required.

Concentrated latex is used as an input to make a wide range of goods, such as adhesives, gloves, condoms, and infant pacifiers.
